зачет; взаимозачет, неттинг
C&S осуществляемый по взаимной договоренности зачет позиций или обязательств сторон по сделке или участников системы. Неттинг позволяет сократить большое количество отдельных позиций или обязательств до меньшего количества позиций. Существует несколько разновидностей неттинга, в зависимости от возможности принудительного исполнения в случае неисполнения обязательств (дефолта) одного из участников
